Garden Design 

First Phase: Initial Approach

After a first conversation on location, I will make a Sketch Design with the possibilities of the site, taking in consideration the interests and ideas of the owner(s). I will deliver a plan that gives an overall idea of the design of the garden, without getting into details. This first part is a proposal and is free of cost.

Second phase: Design

If you agree with the Initial Approach we will discus the details of the garden that will be brought into the Design. For this Design I need to take measurements of the site, assess the location of the house, existing fences, and infrastructure to make an accurate plan of the design defining spaces, lanes, path, planting areas, terraces, pool and other water elements, etc. 

The cost of the Design will depend on the size and complexity of the intended area. Please contact me for an estimate for your particular needs. 

Third phase: Technical Design

The last phase involves all the technical details that will go into the implementation of the garden. This includes the overall design for pavements, electrical equipments, watering systems and planting scheme, including all the technical details needed for the execution of the project.

The cost of this last phase is 12% of the final implementation price, and includes the necessary supervision until it is completed.
